After a Massage
After a treatment women tend to feel relaxed and sleepy. The tiredness often lifts within half an hour or so, but expect to sleep well that night. It is advised to drink water and to maybe have a short walk to bring the body and mind back into the physical practical world. Sometimes receiving a massage can unblock emotions which are wanting to surface.
Be kind and gentle with yourself and take time to process your feelings. If you are able to book a massage at a time that allows you to rest and relaxe afterwards -that is ideal, but we all have busy lives and this may not be an option.
A massage is a great way to let go and release and common feedback is that clients feel lighter, less tense or “Like a new person”
